About Carrazco Law News
An editorial publication covering legal incidents across California.
Our Editorial Mission
Carrazco Law News is an editorial publication of Carrazco Law, A.P.C. We cover personal injury, civil rights, and workplace incidents across California, focusing on the legal context that helps readers understand their rights and the system that affects them. We publish factual reporting based on public records and credible media sources, never speculation, never sensationalism.
Sourcing Methodology
Every article on Carrazco Law News cites at least one public news source or official law-enforcement / government statement. We maintain a curated whitelist of trusted California news outlets, agency communications offices, and investigative nonprofits. When information is preliminary or unverified, we say so explicitly in the article. We do not name minors or sexual-assault victims unless that information is already part of an official public record.
Editorial Standards
- Factual reporting: we attribute claims to their source and use hedged language ("may", "could", "depending on the investigation") when liability or causation has not been adjudicated.
- Corrections policy: material factual errors are corrected within 48 hours of confirmation. Each correction is logged in the affected article with a dated note. Email corrections to news@carrazcolawapc.com.
- No political bias: we report on incidents regardless of the political affiliation of any party involved. We do not endorse candidates or political organizations.
- No representation implied: publication of an article does not mean Carrazco Law, A.P.C. represents any party mentioned. Articles are journalism, not solicitation directed at the individuals named.
- Updates: when new official information meaningfully changes a story, we publish an update at the top of the affected article with the date of the change.
